4. Exercise & drink water: Great way to flush toxins, nourish your brain and nerve cells – prime your. Body for the day
5. Start your day early, listen to uplifting material / music. This is known to charge our subconscious mind into a more positive outlook for the day

Success by the renewal of our minds… 


The word Transformed can be defined as “make a thorough or dramatic change in form, appearance or character”
Renew on the other hand is described by Webster as “to make like new, restore to freshness, vigor or perfection”
That’s probably why we are guided in Romans 12vs2 – “be ye Transformed (throughly changed in form, attitude , character …) by the renewing (daily restoration to freshness, vigor…) of our mind (subconscious & conscious mind)


“Our mind is the place of our intellect, reasoning and intentions. All our behaviors begin in our mind. The object of our regular thinking will determine how our days, years and ultimately our life plays out. Everything starts in the mind”

Girls , “renewing our mind is a continual process needing daily help from God via prayers and meditation on HIS words; requires daily and continuous deliberate positive action on our part; pray, meditate , positive affirmations, positive visualization, positive expectations.
 We need to DECIDE to and choose to be deliberate about who and what we allow into our circle of influence.

Write down the VISION (desired future – health, wealth, love,family, career, business,happiness), make it plain on a tablet (VISION Board), that you may RUN (positive and focussed forward movement with a clear path, clear end point).
The word Procrastination can be defined as “the HABIT or ACT of delaying or putting off something requiring immediate attention or something requiring immediate attention or something that must be done”. Procrastination is a Decision, its a Choice.
Girls, “our life boils down the choices we make and our decisions. Decision to act or procrastinate, decision to change a bad habit, decision to feed our mind with empowering information, decision to pray or not pray, meditate, visualize, who and what we associate with on a daily basis………

Do something today, invest time and efforts in YOU, revisit your Vision, revisit your goals, examine what’s working and not working , examine you big WHY, take corrective positive and empowering action, “FEED your FAITH and your fear will starve to death”

It’s a new day, new beginning, new opportunity for us to individually take personal responsibility for our life, our decisions and our actions.

The word MOTIVATION can be defined as the “general desire (the WHY) or willingness of someone to do something”. It can also be described as the “reason(s) one has for ACTING or behaving in a particular way”.
According to Jim Rohn, motivation is what gets us started. HABIT is what keeps us going. Success is nothing more than a few simple disciplines PRACTICED everyday. “What we are and what we become depends on how we use our time”

The daily renewal of our mind, deliberate filtering of information we allow into our subconscious mind, practice of gratitude, prayers, meditation – positive affirmations / visualization is a personal Choice.
Girls, we have the God given power of CHOICE (Deut 30vs19), power to “choose what to focus on, choose what things mean, choose what to do”. According to Tony Robbins, these three choices really control our life.

Girls, thats why we are told in Prov 23vs 7 that “as a Man thinketh (beliefs) in his heart (mind), so is he. The question i ask myself this morning is Oge what are your thoughts about your family, children, your health, wealth, love life, career, business, that new opportunity ……..??


What do i need to do daily to transform every aspect of my life? Girls , “if we can go there in our mind, we can go there in our body”

Positive affirmations are vital for success!! 


“Our subconscious mind is like a huge filling cabinet that stores all pleasant and unpleasant experiences, habits, visual images, information from our past , through birth to childhood and present adult life”
“It’s in our subconscious mind that our habits, character traits, leaned behaviors and beliefs including limiting beliefs are registered having being learnt through REPETITION and PRACTICE.”

“Positive affirmations are phrases which we repeat to ourself which describe how we want to be (desired future state – health, wealth, love , happiness , career……).” 


With constant and deliberate REPETITION (ist thing in the morning & last thing at night), positive affirmations sink into our subconscious mind, change our beliefs and become a self-fulfilling prophesy. “There is power of life and death in our words”(Prov 18vs21)
When put to PRACTICE, our positive affirmations will “over time overwrite any limiting beliefs we have about ourself or about being able to do something, replace them with positive thoughts and beliefs which instill confidence, belief, positivity, ambition and much more”
Girls,  it thus imply that to forgive and release our past, change our thinking, change our habits, change our limiting beliefs, we need to reprogram, renew our hard disc, our auto pilot , our subconscious mind. Transformation requires renewal of our subconscious mind (Romans 12vs2).


Research has shown / proven that we can reprogram / reformat our subconscious by imputing & reinforcing new positive thoughts, positive ideas and positive action via Positive affirmations, visualization & meditation.
