4. Exercise & drink water: Great way to flush toxins, nourish your brain and nerve cells – prime your. Body for the day
5. Start your day early, listen to uplifting material / music. This is known to charge our subconscious mind into a more positive outlook for the day

Our habits can “help us conquer mindset issues and set us up for success”. When a new empowering habit is is “deeply ingrained, ourbrain devotes almost no resources to performing the habitual action”

Girls, a “strong mindset leads to healthy, focussed DECISIONS that drive the success of everything we do” . We need to purposefully develop specific habits to strengthen our mindset and set us up for success.
To achieve sustainable success in our health, family, wealth, love, happiness, career, business ….., we need to develop a growth mindset that “focus on continuous improvement, embrace challenges and look for chances to improve and grow”
We need to develop the following habits:
1. Persistence – ability to keep at it, push ourselves – builds confidence

5. “Learn to Laugh” – Embrace humor of life’s journey and laughter is uplifting. This one among other habits, i myself sure needs to work on .

Write down the VISION (desired future – health, wealth, love,family, career, business,happiness), make it plain on a tablet (VISION Board), that you may RUN (positive and focussed forward movement with a clear path, clear end point).
The word Procrastination can be defined as “the HABIT or ACT of delaying or putting off something requiring immediate attention or something requiring immediate attention or something that must be done”. Procrastination is a Decision, its a Choice.
Girls, “our life boils down the choices we make and our decisions. Decision to act or procrastinate, decision to change a bad habit, decision to feed our mind with empowering information, decision to pray or not pray, meditate, visualize, who and what we associate with on a daily basis………

Girls , according to Stephen Covey, we get what we expect both from ourselves and from others. We we expect more, we tend to get more, when we expect less, we tend to get less.
Girls, we have the assurance in Jer 29vs11 that Gods THOUGHTS towards each and everyone of us are thoughts of GOOD (good health, family, children, abundance, good success-wealth, career, business) and not of evil to bring us to an EXPECTED end. Key word is Expected = our expectation.
“The power of expectation (Strong belief) subconsciously controls our life to create self fulfilling prophesies. The expectation of those around us modify our behavior for better, or for worse. Our own expectations can fill us with energy or drive us into despair and despondency”
Positive expectations provide the drive which energize us into achieving higher goals.\
