How our mornings affect our day and life….

Our morning routines alone can have a great effect on how the day of our day goes.. 

Here are some tips to help you start your day right. 
1. Start your day with Gratitude: Makes us pick out & focus on what is working in our life. “It is selectively positive and reinforces happiness ”
2. Prayers and meditation on the word – Feeds our Faith
3. Positive affirmations & Visualization. Put to work the power of life in your word (Prov 18vs21)- “Powerful way to crystallize our vision & goals”
4. Exercise & drink water: Great way to flush toxins, nourish your brain and nerve cells – prime your. Body for the day
5. Start your day early, listen to uplifting material / music. This is known to charge our subconscious mind into a more positive outlook for the day
Girls, “we are what we repeatedly do, put the principle of sowing and reaping to work this morning, every morning , every day.
Sow a good seed into your day this morning, every morning.
Have a faith, passion, purpose and vision driven day.

No procrastination required… 


Write down the VISION (desired future – health, wealth, love,family, career, business,happiness), make it plain on a tablet (VISION Board), that you may RUN (positive and focussed forward movement with a clear path, clear end point).
The word Procrastination can be defined as “the HABIT or ACT of delaying or putting off something requiring immediate attention or something requiring immediate attention or something that must be done”. Procrastination is a Decision, its a Choice.
Girls, “our life boils down the choices we make and our decisions. Decision to act or procrastinate, decision to change a bad habit, decision to feed our mind with empowering information, decision to pray or not pray, meditate, visualize, who and what we associate with on a daily basis………

Do something today, invest time and efforts in YOU, revisit your Vision, revisit your goals, examine what’s working and not working , examine you big WHY, take corrective positive and empowering action, “FEED your FAITH and your fear will starve to death”

It’s a new day, new beginning, new opportunity for us to individually take personal responsibility for our life, our decisions and our actions.

Have a blind faith, passion , purpose and vision driven day. Only good awaits you at every turn today.

Positive affirmations are vital for success!! 


“Our subconscious mind is like a huge filling cabinet that stores all pleasant and unpleasant experiences, habits, visual images, information from our past , through birth to childhood and present adult life”
“It’s in our subconscious mind that our habits, character traits, leaned behaviors and beliefs including limiting beliefs are registered having being learnt through REPETITION and PRACTICE.”

“Positive affirmations are phrases which we repeat to ourself which describe how we want to be (desired future state – health, wealth, love , happiness , career……).” 


With constant and deliberate REPETITION (ist thing in the morning & last thing at night), positive affirmations sink into our subconscious mind, change our beliefs and become a self-fulfilling prophesy. “There is power of life and death in our words”(Prov 18vs21)
When put to PRACTICE, our positive affirmations will “over time overwrite any limiting beliefs we have about ourself or about being able to do something, replace them with positive thoughts and beliefs which instill confidence, belief, positivity, ambition and much more”
Girls,  it thus imply that to forgive and release our past, change our thinking, change our habits, change our limiting beliefs, we need to reprogram, renew our hard disc, our auto pilot , our subconscious mind. Transformation requires renewal of our subconscious mind (Romans 12vs2).


Research has shown / proven that we can reprogram / reformat our subconscious by imputing & reinforcing new positive thoughts, positive ideas and positive action via Positive affirmations, visualization & meditation.

Forgive, succeed. 


A Vision can be defined as “imaginative conception or anticipation of a desired future state”- health, wealth, family, career, business etc
We are instructed in Habakkuk 2vs2 to WRITE (put to paper, pour out our innermost desires on paper) down our VISION, make it plain on a tablet (Vision board), that we may RUN (focussed forward movement) with it. Two key words are Write and Run.
In my own experience, I know for a certainty that i write better and clearer when my mind is at peace and devoid of any form of worry or anxiety. Our God given Vision requires a renewed mind devoid of past regrets , anger, bitterness, anxiety and unforgiveness.
The word RUN on the other hand can be defined as – “move at a speed faster than a walk. A body saddled with a heavy back pack can not move at speed, an overloaded car can not move at a fast speed. 

“Unforgiveness is like extra luggage we choose to maintain and drag around; the more we carry those battered bags, the heavier they get, tiring us out and slowing us down”
Girls, this implies that in addition to daily renewal of our subconscious mind, we need to individually throw of the baggage of unforgiveness to run towards our God given vision.

I have come to discover (enormous supporting research online) that unabated and prolonged anger, bitterness, unforgiveness is harmful to health – can result in CANCER
“Unforgiveness leads to Emotional Toxicity, chronic anxiety which produce excess adrenaline and cortisol, which depletes the production of natural killer cells – the body’s foot soldier in the fight against cancer. 
No wonder we are told in Philp 4 vs6-8 to be anxious for nothing, but in everything through Prayer and Thanksgiving (act of gratitude)…………. In addition its the will of God for me, you, all of us to give thanks in all things.
Girls , as we go into a new morning, new day, make a commitment to yourself and take positive action to: forgive yourself, forgive others and release this past, seek Gods face and ask for help from above, practice gratitude, change your thinking, change your habits , change your life.
